Why there are no active sessions?

Symptoms​

There are no active sessions.

Cause​

In this case, you may experience next issues:

  1. Start packet of specific call is not sent or is sent in corrupted/improper format.
  2. Gateway doesn't support active calls tracking in JeraSoft VCS.
  3. There is no "call-id" in start packet.

Resolution​

  1. Check if start packets are sent and include correct data.
  2. Go to Configuration > Gateways and in target Gateway settings enable "Track Active Events" checkbox.
  3. Configure switch so that it sends "call-id".
