Why system email is not sent?

Usually, several notifications (low balance, rates, factors watcher, reports watcher) and reminders (unpaid and overdue invoices) are sent by the system in the form of emails according to configurations.

Symptoms

System email is not sent. It may be caused by several reasons:

• Problems with the mail server.
• Error occurs from mail server services during mails generation.

Resolution

Check the logs of the Mail Queue section. The letter should be in mail queue. If there is no letter in mail queue, check logs of the respective services.
