Why is it impossible to log in JeraSoft Billing?

Symptoms​

During login to JeraSoft Billing, authorization window is displayed and it's impossible to login.

Cause​

Mostly it means the disk space is full and it needs to be cleaned.

Resolution​

To clean the disk space, you need to do the following:

  • Delete old files from "./tmp".
  • Delete old logs (older than 1 year) from "./var/log_archive".
  • Archive large current logs in "./var/log".
