Plans

Routing plans define the overall routing strategy for clients or specific client accounts. A routing plan establishes key parameters that determine how traffic should be routed, while specific routing rules define the per-destination routing logic.

Routing plans can be assigned at the client or account level.
The actual routing map is updated periodically by the "Dynamic Routing Manager" system service, which takes into account vendor availability, statistics, and rates.
