Packages

Packages are pre-configured products or plans that customers can subscribe to. This API allows you to manage the list of packages you offer, including all the entitlements they provide.

Key features​

  • Manage package configurations, including billing periods, renewal policies, rating mechanisms and entitlements.
  • Support for pro-rating and discount policies, ensuring flexible pricing options.
  • Entitlements include:
    • Volume buckets for services (e.g., 1000 minutes to Canada).
    • Credits for specific services or service groups (e.g., $50 for video conferences).
    • DIDs by tier (e.g., silver, gold).
