DIDs

The DIDs package allows for the management of Direct Inward Dialing numbers (DIDs), including automation of workflows such as activation and assignment to customers.

Subscription-based allocation​

DIDs can be assigned to clients based on the quantity and tags allowed by their subscriptions (packages).

Operators​

  • Each DID is assigned to a specific operator, who provides the DID.
  • Operators are managed separately in the "Operators" package.
Lifecycle

The lifecycle of the DID is managed by the "Packages manager" system service according to the status of the corresponding subscription.
