What is JeraSoft Billing?

JeraSoft Billing is Agile Billing Solution for IoT/M2M and Telecom Providers (Retail Services, Mobile VoIP, Business Telephony, OTT, Wholesale VoIP and SMS). JeraSoft Billing supports wholesale prepaid and postpaid customers, call centers, calling cards, call shops, and custom services and offers a wide variety of modules that are aimed at automating standard tasks for VoIP Operators. They include Dynamic Routing, Rates Management, Retail Services, Jurisdictional Billing, and xDRs Disputes.

This Documentation Portal is designed to make you immediately productive with JeraSoft Billing and provides real-time access to all software documentation including how to work with billing solution, common usage cases, step-by-step integration instructions, etc.

We suggest our new customers that wish to kick off with JeraSoft Billing follow the First Steps guide and check for all initial steps to start using the system, making their environment secure and stable.	To have an overview of the platform key features and useful information regarding its usage, please check out our User Guide.	When having questions about common usage cases or troubleshooting, visit the Knowledge Base guide.	To view step-by-step guides describing integration with switches, gateways, you can visit the Integration Manual.	Be aware of what's new in the system. Please also check the Release Notes before scheduling your upgrades.
