There are no active sessions.


In this case, you may experience next issues:

  1. Start packet of specific call is not sent or is sent in corrupted/improper format.
  2. Gateway doesn't support active calls tracking in JeraSoft VCS.
  3. There is no call-id in start packet.


  1. Check if start packets are sent and include correct data.
  2. Go to Configuration > Gateways and in target gateway settings enableTrack active events checkbox.
  3. Configure switch so that it sends call-id.
