Sharing a Report
Each time you query get a report output, the system generates a unique link in the format of "/view?id=<uniq-string>". The link It allows sharing data with the users, even if they don't have access to that part of your system.
To share a report with a user:
- Query a report.
- Send a required user a link which you get after the report query.

Example: If In case you made some changes in the report (for example, rerating) after sending the link , to the user, he could still view the previous data by the link you had sent him before.

You can also view the info about a particular report generated at any given moment by hovering over the Info 
icon, which is located under the Output section:

| Generated by | Indicates the Role of the user who generated a report and a report generation time |
