Switching equipment/PBX/SBC/etc.

There are two main technical ways of collecting the call the call data from any switch switching system: viathe xDR-files or via the RADIUS-server protocols. 

Data Collection Methods: 

1) xDR-files import

• • Advantages: high reliability and stability, ; no calls information may be lost due to server or the server or client-side;

  • Disadvantages: the data is received with delays because the files are copying copied at the defined the defined periods of time.

2) RADIUS-server) protocols (SIP or Radius)
